This property has the potential to be really fabulous. The space is beautiful and great location. However the male host Mateo, was very rude in an extremely misogynistic way. As a female who booked the room, the only time he addressed me instead of my fiance was if i was solo and when I paid him. He also was talking poorly about the femal employee who was actually extremely helpful calling her stupid to us.
If you try to even have a guest over for 10 minutes to change and head back out, you will be reprimanded.... or should i say my fiance was reprimanded and i was never spoken to. We are a quiet late 30s couple and were not trying to party. Our friends staying in a close hotel had to sit outside the gate while we got ready and couldnt even come in long enough to clean up a bit before dinner plans in that area.
Would not stay here again with current staff.
