This is my first time staying here, I normally stay elsewhere in Oamaru but felt like a change, excellent service from the moment I arrived, every business needs a staff member like the one I met, awesome rooms with themes, very comfortable, great shower pressure, unfortunately I had to leave early so couldn’t partake in the continental breakfast offered but I will be back, my new go to, highly recommended!

We love Poshtel! From our arrival to our departure, everything was wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind and offered a wealth of information. Each room in the hotel is uniquely decorated. There are a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

We loved this hotel so much! Its so quirky and rich in history with all the memorabilia. So much to look at! The staff were awesome and the continental breakfast perfect start to the day. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others heading to fabulous little Oamaru!

The only place of this standard in Oamaru

A fabulous stay at Poshtel. I had an upstairs room (polo theme) which was so comfortable and quiet. The staff were amazing & the free breakfast was substantial and good quality. Nice extra touches like the pillow sleep spray. I will definitely stay here a 3rd time.
