This stunning and relatively new home offers amazing views, a private pool, deep water dock for boating & fishing and the inside welcomes you to a fully equipped custom kitchen with a gas stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks and a wine cooler, an expansive living and dining area with open views of the Sound to complete a spacious and beautiful Great Room, 2 spacious bedrooms with private, double sink rain shower tile and granite baths, a 3rd bedroom with adjacent hall rain shower bath with tub and a large laundry all on the 1st level, plus a huge upstairs family bedroom with private rain shower double sink tile and granite bath, a short walk to the beach and so much more! Spectrum WIFI with Smart TVs, high efficiency washer/dryer, guest storage area for beach gear. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays. 4 night minimum stay rates available in Resort Season, 3 night rates available in off seasons. No smoking, No pets. Check-In: 3:00PM to 5:00PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.
