We had a very nice stay at Tranquil Times. The home is spacious, clean, and clearly well-maintained. It’s been recently renovated, and everything, from the flooring to the fixtures, feels fresh and updated. The kitchen was especially impressive: very well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Overall, the space was comfortable and relaxing, true to its name! There were just a couple of very minor things to note: there was a faint pet odor in the house, and guests are asked to put linens on the beds upon arrival. This house was the perfect fit. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very recently updated. Good location to all points of interest on Oak Island. We had just one question at checkout and it was answered very promptly. The walk to the beach via the nature trail was lovely. Only thing I would suggest is a fully fenced in yard for pups. We were unable to get any money back and they took forever to respond. When we drove 5 hours and arrived at 4 (check in time) there was still a car in the driveway. When we walked in it immediately smelt like cat pee. Then we started finding roaches in the house and got bit multiple times by mosquitoes while in the house and even ended up bringing a roach home with us in our suitcase, I was disgusted to say the last and won’t be back. ##### Kyle J.
