The firepit can not be used during fire bans. There is a cofferdam and when the tide is out you can't get out by boat. When it is 4' into the inlet you can get out. The property was so spacious, the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The views of the Cove and waterways are spectacular! It was huge and very spacious and we liked that it has many bathrooms. We didnt have to wait for one to finish showering. We also liked that it was very clean and we loved the kitchen. The unique thing that we liked is the stunning views of the cove and the bay right in the backyard. We felt like we were at the Hamptons or at Martha's vineyard! I will most likely rent this place again with my family next time. I love to hike and maybe next time, I will explore more of the nature around the area. Overall, I've nothing negative to say. Plenty of space with a nice view of the bay. Easy access and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. They have stuff for kids, kayaks and a sauna for adults so there is something for everyone to enjoy and keep themselves busy.
