We had an amazing experience at Sofitel Bali! The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind, and the service is truly world-class. The food and hospitality are nothing short of 7 stars. We travelled with our 1-year-old baby and couldn’t be more grateful for how welcoming and thoughtful the team was. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A fantastic family friendly hotel, quiet and clean, has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Food is great, you can dine at the private beach too. The pool is massive and has a lot of sofa benches for you to relax. The hotel even has a departure lounge so that you can rest and wait for your flight after checking out.

Beautiful hotel with plenty pool options. Friendly and helpful staff and rooms with beautiful decor . Loved my stay at this resort . The only thing I would recommend is better cocktail recipes

Fantastic hotel and holiday

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this hotel we had a fabulous time the hotel is beautiful and staff are all amazing and can’t do enough for you , rooms very comfortable and clean pools and all restraunts are lovely . Very relaxing and will definitely go back again .

the Sofitel was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Bali. the food was fantastic and lots of variety. the pools were brilliant. the staff are an asset to the hotel. will stay again and will recommend to friends.

Fantastic resort, loved everything, room, dining, staff, pool and cleanliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all the staff. Our second time to stay and we will definitely be back again.

Totally amazing hotel. Staff all lovely and friendly. Pool is exceptional. Breakfast buffet exquisite. Drinks priced a little higher than other places but there is a little local warung selling cheap Bintang just north of the property 1 min walk away.
