The staff is amazing and they are very nice, super easy check in and check out process. The location of the hotel is super near the train station and easy to navigate. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet!
