The only issue we had was when we went out for the day and the staff made up our room, when we got back they had left both the balcony doors wide open. Being in Tassie, when we got back it was freezing in the room. On another day they had turned the air conditioning on. Not sure why as I didn’t have the chance to ask them. It was just a bit strange. "

We were genuinely surprised (in the best way!) by the sense of luxury - from the unbelievably comfy beds and friendly staff to the super convenient location. And the pool… absolutely amazing! We used it every day - and the sauna was the perfect way to unwind after a perfect day. Can’t recommend highly enough - we enjoyed every minute!"

"The floor of the room was uneven and the lift felt a little sketchy to get into. But it was a very old building and its beautiful. The family room was very spacious, though the bathroom was very small. Staff were very nice."
