Upon arrival they must check-in at the reception. In case they arrive before the check-in time which is at 4 PM. you can leave your bags at reception and be in the common areas



Getting Around:

We are always aware of anything you may need and there is always staff at the hotel who can help you with any emergency.



Other Things to Note:

Includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, the only thing that is not included is the cleaning of the kitchen utensils, we appreciate it if you leave them clean when you leave for the next guests
