    New condo of 1461 sq.ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2nd floor, with elevator. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ozone water filter. Located in Nuevo Vallarta (between Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta) two minutes from Vidanta, El Tigre Golf Club 2 minutes walk. There is a club house, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, 1 parking space included.

    Electricity, gas and water are not included in the rental price

    The tenant must send a photo of the water, gas and electricity meter BEFORE and AFTER.

Just dont book here! Features of the property are not as advertised or dont work at all. Most important, the host is not a trustworthy person who is not at all compelled to tell the truth or act with integrity. Place was very dirty, you are required to ignite a boiler to get hot water which was a real safety issue causing an explosion. When we objected and raised concerns host threatened to have us evicted. Spent holiday in fear. I can share many disturbing photos. After the holiday the host is still charging us fraudulently and we must now deal with the bank for refuting the charges to our credit card. We dont usually leave reviews but be forwarned, this place is not worth taking a risk on.
