The Space:

The Pacific breeze drifts across your balcony as waves roll steadily along the shore below. Mornings begin with soft coastal light over the gardens and the steady rhythm of the ocean in the background, while afternoons invite you to move easily between the pool and the sand. Evenings settle in with warm air and the distant sound of surf - a calm retreat along the Riviera Nayarit coastline.

 

Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo in Nuevo Vallarta comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom offers a restful setting with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe for your valuables. A mosquito net adds an extra layer of comfort for warm coastal nights. Families traveling with little ones will find a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, window guards, board games, and children's bikes ready for use.

 

Bathroom

The private bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, and cleaning products - everything you need to refresh after a day by the beach or pool.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals at your own pace. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and barbecue utensils. Please note that oil, salt and pepper are not currently provided in this unit. Step outside to the outdoor dining area when you'd rather linger in the coastal air, or fire up the BBQ grill for a relaxed evening on the property.

 

Outdoor living & amenities

Beach access places the shoreline just steps away, and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - make it simple to head straight to the water. Unwind by the pool, stretch out on sun loungers, relax in the hammock, or head out to explore with the available bikes and kayak. The condo also offers resort access so you can enjoy nearby shared facilities, along with a backyard, outdoor furniture, and a private entrance for added ease.

 

Comfort & connectivity

Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. Wifi keeps you connected, and a TV provides easy entertainment. A smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place for your peace of mind. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive on your own schedule, and long-term stays are welcome. Luggage drop-off is also available for guests with early arrivals or late departures. A laundromat is nearby for longer visits.

 

Parking

Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.

Set within the Aria Ocean complex along Banderas Bay, this beachside condo places you in the heart of Nuevo Vallarta's coastline. With warm temperatures and miles of shoreline at your doorstep, days here are spent swimming, strolling the beach, or simply soaking in the steady ocean breeze from your balcony.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __5__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The barbecue is under availability, reserving 24 hours in advance. -Parking is subject to availability -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
