Modern bright hotel by the coast in Novigrad. Hotel is only a few years old and everything is pretty up to date with the usual things you'd expect these days. Quiet location on the edge of the old town, looking right on to the Adriatic. Breakfast was included and was very good, with eggs made to order. They also have a restaurant on site. The staff were very good and made the stay very pleasant and felt welcoming. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Our first trip to Croatia. We stayed for a week during very hot weather. The pool and wellness facilities were excellent. The a/c in the room was great and accommodation all very comfortable. We loved the vibe in Novigrad and ate at a few of the restaurants, just a short walk from the hotel. There is also a lovely park you can walk to where there is easy access to swim in the sea. We had free parking at the hotel and had days out inPorec, umag and rovinj.

Beautiful property, the decor is modern and it felt new. The rooms are spacious and the views are incredible. I found the staff to be genuinely lovely, they take time to say hello and check in with you as you enter or leave the hotel. The breakfast menu has good variety and it eating it out on the terrace with the gorgeous view just gave me the holiday vibe! The hotel is unbelievably stunning. Every person we saw walking past the entrance looked in at the immaculate decor and architecture. The staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Unknown to the staff I had a family bereavement the day before my stay (and 30th birthday) and I was quite emotional travelling to the hotel. Resort was perfect for our young family. Lots of great activities for the young kids. Staff were very attentive and willing to help. The location is beautiful with a short walk to porec town.

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The location was lovely, close to the beach so you can choose hotel pools or the sea. Bear in mind it’s two miles out of Umag if your hiking as we were but no problem. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was a buffet, however, it was excellent which a lot of buffets are not. The wellness facilities were excellent and I really appreciated that and it was good value for the money. Thoroughly recommend and I have nothing bad to say. A kettle would have made it 11/10

Excellent hotel in a stunning location with great views and a lovely infinity pool. Room was much larger than expected and had a very unique design. Food was lovely, breakfast had lots of options but all were done to a very high quality. Staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Many of the Roxanich wines on sale by the glass in the bar which were very reasonably priced. Would love to return at some point!

Incredible hotel, one of the best I’ve stayed at in all of Europe. Very intelligently designed, rooms are spacious, staff is super helpful, and right on the water. Don’t miss out on the breakfast buffet, and if you have dietary restrictions like me, just ask the staff and they will make sure you leave happy and fat. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

Host was really helpful and picked us up from the car park. A lovely terrace with a wonderful view.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. A15-20 min walk into the old town which is mainly uphill on the way back. The coast path which would have been easier and probably quicker was closed during our stay but due to be opened for the high season. A day trip on the local bus to the Roman antiquities in Pula very easily sorted. Three hours gets you to view them comfortably Car hire no problem

We travel a lot every year, mostly cruises, but this hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. From the moment we got to the hotel we were totally relaxed. The lobby bar area is spacious and comfortable with a pianist/band playing music every night. Nothing loud just nice atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. Fantastic value family hotel with every imaginable facility for children and surprisingly good food considering it's a full board buffet. The design is contemporary with several swimming pools and play areas and it feels much more luxurious than the photos suggest. The idea is that once the children are occupied the adults can relax and free inclusive childcare is available from morning until night time.
