"We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the view was stunning, and every interaction with the staff was quick, helpful, and efficient. The parking was also a big plus — very convenient, easy to access, and we felt that the car was safe there. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast because we already had other plans, but we definitely hope to enjoy both next time. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Great location and nice lobby. Unfortunately, the lobby bar is closed on Sundays. Rooms are fairly nice and the lack of air conditioning is rarely an issue. Outlets near the bed are awkward to reach (near the floor) but there is a nice power strip on the desk. Chain pull to control fan was not working, so I had to turn the light/fan off to turn off the fan."

"Overall pretty good experience here. The room was clean and overall pretty nice. Ammenity-wise the hotel didn't have ton to offer (or the staff didn't mention it, anyway), but the attached restaurant was good. The elevator was maybe the smallest passenger elevator I've ever been on- 3 of us without any bags or suitcases couldn't stand in it without rubbing elbows. They could also benefit from security that some of the other hotels have- there was no one manning the door and no swipe access needed to get upstairs via stairs or elevators."

"Overall, the hotel is fairly budget, friendly for the area, but comes with a couple of disadvantages. Parking is $35 per vehicle and a very tight structure, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and overall it’s just a bit older. Breakfast was complementary, which was standard for most hotel of this level. Overall nothing negative to say. Decent location and very close to Lombard street"
