There are great transport links that will take you into central Nottingham which is just a 13 minute drive from the house, so you’ll have plenty to discover at your own pace when you’re ready.
This home will mean you are ideally located for local shops, cafes and restaurants situated nearby in West Bridgford which is just a short 13 minute walk away and is well known for its hip village atmosphere offering many amenities and a vibrant bar and gourmet restaurant scene with the likes of Giggling Squid, Escabeche and Cuzina bar & eatery, to name a few.
This tastefully decorated home provides a wealth of charm and has a welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire house so you feel like you’re at home. The spacious yet cosy lounge and dining area has large patio doors leading to the landscaped rear garden with a table and bench style seating area for 4-6 guests to enjoy. There is a separate room that offers you a dedicated office space and free on street parking to the side of the house.
The bedrooms each have an ambience of calm which will be the perfect setting to ensure you get a good nights sleep. The master bedroom is home to a plush super king sized bed. This bed can be converted in two separate beds. The second bedroom with the twin beds is comfy and cosy, the twin beds can also be converted. Should you wish for the standard bed layout to be amended please advise us once you have placed your booking and we’ll do the rest. The third bedroom has a lovely bunk bed which would be ideal for younger travellers.
You’ll feel right at home after you've cooked your favourite meal in the well-equipped kitchen that has everything you’ll need from the oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and there is a washer dryer to ensure that your clothes are kept looking their best during your stay. The large breakfast bar with seating for 3 is a great addition here to allow you to socialise and connect with your loved ones whilst meals are being lovingly prepared. You also get to enjoy the view of the wonderful outdoor space as the large patio doors here open out into the garden area.
The airy and clean family bathroom shall serve as the perfect spot to enjoy a soak in the tub or a refreshing shower to kick start your day. The family bathroom comprises of a bath, shower over bath, wash basin, and toilet. There is a wonderful en-suite shower room in the master bedroom benefits from a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. There is the added bonus of the additional WC situated on the ground floor with a toilet and wash basin.
