New duplex apartment of 55sqm for 4 to 6 travelers, located oh the 2nd and 3rd floor of a residence with elevator. You would love the two terraces in exposition north west with view of the Mont Charvin and of the surrouding mountains.   
The residence Le Cristal is located at the foot of the slopes and the ESF, facing the Mont Rond chairlift at 1350m altitude.

The village center of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe is only 3.5 km away, and in winter, you'll find fresh bread and light meals available on-site, for added convenience.  
Nestled in the French Alps, Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe is ideally located at the heart of the vast Espace Diamant ski area, which offers 192 km of slopes connecting six traditional Alpine villages: Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. A true paradise for ski lovers, in an authentic and family-friendly atmosphere.  
The Mont Rond sector (NDB 1350), where the residence is located, is the perfect starting point to access the entire ski area. It is also one of the most sought-after sectors thanks to its sun exposure and panoramic mountain views.  
In summer, the region transforms into a natural playground with numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes crisscrossing the area. The Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, provides easy access to spectacular viewpoints over Mont Blanc and the surrounding massifs. The Flumet lake and leisure area are just a short drive away (only 7 km).  
Within less than an hour, discover some of the most beautiful Alpine destinations: Megève, Chamonix, and Annecy, all renowned for their heritage, gastronomy, and breathtaking landscapes.
