The B&B was excellent but the location was Out of the way if you haven’t got a car Enjoyed our stay very much , there is a pub next door which does delicious food .

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area and places to visit. Thank you!

Really nice guest house in a good location just outside Wroxham. Our room was lovely, a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with a roll top bath. The pre-order breakfast offered a good choice with quality ingredients.

Friendly, Quirky B&B

A b&b with a real quirky feel due to its history and having a very welcoming nature from arrival to departure by its owners and proving all round comfort and a good breakfast choice to set you up for the day. Definitely worth a stay even if just passing through.

Very welcoming hosts, lovely clean cozy room. The breakfast was freshly cooked using local products. Particularly to note the bacon was well above the normal Parking easy and a pleasant local pub within five minutes walk would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay for two nights, Mark and Jayne were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent everything cooked and presented well. Area was nice and quiet and we had two meals at the pub which were great, although would advise booking as we saw quite a few people turned away. Would thoroughly recommend thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful old property, lovely decor and great amenities. The cooked breakfast was delicious and eagerly awaited every morning! Walking distance to local pub with great food and close to lots of local attractions. The perfect base to explore the broads, beaches and Norwich. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay

Service with a smile. This is a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation is very comfortable and a couple of buildings away from the local pub. Easy parking, delicious breakfast and down the pub for a lovely meal in the evening. You are welcomed when you arrive and the hosts are there if you need anything.

Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful to set you up for the day and a few doors away from a lovely friendly pub. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying again in the future.

What not to like. Lovely guesthouse with great bre

Spotless.ly clean & lovely interior design. En suite very good & had a lovely slipper bath. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice to include pancakes & omelettes as well as traditional fry up. Hosts gave great attention to detail & were very happy to give advice & information to enable us to have a really enjoyable stay.

A really lovely, comfy guesthouse in a very peaceful spot. The hosts were very friendly and did a wonderful breakfast! Plus there was a pub almost next door that did really good food! And a local nature reserve/boardwalk with views over the water very nearby too. My one minor criticism would be no curtains, only venetian blinds, in the bedroom so I woke up very early (an eyemask isn't enough for me) but at a different time of year or in a different room I don't think I'd have any issues at all with the place.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay, no request too much for hosts, cleanest place Ive ever stayed in. Rooms airy and bright, decoration just right for each room, very comfortable beds. Breakfast ample and only had to ask for anything needed. In a small village with local pub/restaurant just a few doors away but no problem with late noise as they do shut early and small local shop with fresh goods just a bit further along. Only 10 mins drive from Wroxham for broad trips, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. and not much furhter for fantastic beaches full of clean soft sand or seals if you wanted to see them. Would definately use again if in that part of Norfolk.
