- Mid-century modern home with private pond in an exclusive neighborhood. Central AC and heat. Set on a spacious 0.7-acre lot. Just one hour from NYC by train or car (Rowayton & South Norwalk stations). Enjoy birdwatching and duck sightings from the large deck overlooking the pond. Peaceful cul-de-sac. Pet-friendly. Private office on the first floor plus a workstation in the main suite. Main bathroom features electronic shower and heated floors. Fully equipped kitchen.

The space
The second floor has a large master bedroom, just renovated few months ago. It has a king bed, Japanese toilet, electronic showers and a tropical garden. The first floor has a second bedroom and a private office.
