Highland Dell Lodge

"The Highland Dell Lodge is a gem for those who want to escape from the hectic city life or from the scouring heat in the Sac Valley. It is classy, has great history and is well located for daytrips to surrounding attractions. The ocean beach is 20 min away, but the Lodge is right next to several sandy Russian River beaches. Breakfast was just how we needed it. We unfortunately were not able to taste the restaurant dinner. The bar offers great cocktails. Staff was great and incredibly helpful. Our requests were always well taken care off. One thing to know before going, is that there is no fridge in the room (at least not in the one we booked). No worries, you're going to have a wonderful stay."

"As expected for this type of hotel. Cute upscale motor lodge vibe with pool and big grass area for the kids to play. Room wasn't ready until 45min after check in time and we were short a towel for 4 of us, but would definitely come back! Cute, felt like we were transported."

"We absolutely LOVED staying here ! Leonora, her staff & family were incredible hosts to us & our pups. Super pet friendly with a great meadow for the dogs & an easy walk to Monte Rio beach The Inn property is absolutely gorgeous - the grounds have incredible landscaping, lots of outdoor space to hang out with beautiful river views & easy river access. It’s such a relaxing vibe… was just what we needed! We can’t wait to come back already - highly recommend!"

"A unique boutique hotel. Love the aesthetics and the decor, very quiet and peaceful, right on the river and under the redwoods. We loved all the places to sit and relax, or socialize in the speakeasy-style bar or patio. Love the outside lighting at night and the firepits. Exceeded our expectations and we will be back."

"Our family loves coming here. House has plenty of room for all of our family. Wonderful private beach just down a few steps. The views from the home and deck all look out at the river. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. This I believe is our fifth time there. Hope to continue going."
