Practically perfect in every way. Hosts were superb and so friendly. Accommodation was spotless and some lovely homely touches. Great eating and brewery within easy staggering distance. V close to everything you could need. Highly recommended.

The service at this hotel is outstanding! The hotel itself still retains an old fashioned aspect with dated decor but it is kept very tidy and clean. Beds are huge and rooms very spacious. The pool is very small but they also have a hot tub and small gym which I used everyday and pretty much had it to myself. Local area is safe but to the left of the entrance it consists of industrial units and isn’t particularly attractive. To the right though they have a nice sports bar serving meals etc and...

The check in was easy eventually. The issue was we were from England but didn’t get the check in text. Might be better to email guest. The room was so much better than we imagined. The lock was a bit dodgy on door. Checkout was weird to us, just leave key in room

Awesome service at front desk. We booked a room with a lake view but you had to look at a weird angle to see it. We were also close to the train tracks which woke us a bit along with large traffic vehicles. We had to sleep a bit longer as we'd driven from Toronto but the room was very nice
