"An ordinary hotel in Battambang- very hard uncomfortable bed, room didn’t overlook a pool- shower room had water, we didn’t get any hot water, curtains were ineffective. Interesting lock (padlock) for the room, We ordered some room service- this was ok. Seemed a nice family running the place but it’s more of a guest house feel."

"The family room I booked was described as having a 1 king bed, 1 twin and a twin sofa bed. When we arrived there was no sofa bed. So we didn’t have anywhere for our 12 year old to sleep. They offered us another room but there wasn’t really a proper bathroom in it only a shower curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom. In the end I had to pay for another room so we could all have somewhere to sleep. After all that our room had no hot water the entire time. "
