Everything was clean and inviting but beware, there were two plug in air “fresheners” that filled the house with a thick cloying smog that triggered asthma in a few breaths. Communication with the host was great and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs as we were in town during a family funeral and uncertain times. The personal touches of the house from the host were great! A place to put luggage in closet and rooms, a coffee bar better than any hotel, and little chocolates and snacks! We felt safe and got great rest during a tough visit. We will make sure to rebook next time we are...

He even went so far as to recommend a couple other rentals in the area (wanted to walk to a relatives house) but i am so glad we decided on this rental. "At first glance, the property was great--neat and in a great location. But some things were less than ideal--the beds only had a bottom sheet--no top sheet, just a comforter. The linens, while clean, we're a bit old as they all had pilled. The bathroom mat was not clean. The outside furniture is not useable. And the parking arrangement was confusing--we finally did hear from the property owner, hoping that how we had parked for 2 days already was okay."
