Welcome to Casa de la Abuelita! You’ll step into the warmth of a cozy grandma’s home filled with charm, comfort, and privacy. Enjoy two inviting bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and unwind in the peaceful backyard with your morning coffee, an evening drink, or a good book. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from I-10, you’ll be close to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife while still having a relaxing retreat that truly feels like home.  
Quiet Hours  
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!  
  
No Smoking  
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.  
  
Linens & Towels  
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:
