"This hotel is not in great shape. I reserved three rooms but they were not together as we thought they would be. The beds were very uncomfortable. The game room had several broken machines and many could not be used. The hotel does not providefree parking. The staff in the evening were not very accomodating or welcoming upon arrival. They close the game room at 10 and push everyone out regardless of activities you are engaged in. Overall the experience was not the family experience we had worked hard to create. "

"Poor housekeeping. The bed appeared to be very hurriedly made with wrinkled sheets not fit to the mattress and disheveled pillows. Heavy dust on the bathroom shelf. One of the TP rolls left empty on the holder. Toilet seat had streaks of brown with obvious filth around the back of the seat where the hinges are. My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail. "

"Is a nice basic hotel for jumping off for skiing in Summit County. Breakfast is very simple. WiFi kept kicking out on me."

"We stayed there and check out early o take a tour, leaving the car in parking lot for two hours, I wanted to use the restroom once we get back but they said the bathroom will open at 3 pm, what a lame excuse, I didn’t ask to go back to the room just the the public restroom in the first floor "

"Toilet wouldn't flush. Called maintenance up twice. They said it was fixed but still wouldn't flush. Next morning (stayed 2 nights) we asked for a different room with a working toilet. They gave us keys to another room but when we went to move our things it was being painted. Took all day to get a different room with a working toilet and that didn't have fresh paint and the smell that goes with it."
