"I reserved a room with two queens and was told at check-in that there were no rooms available with two queens."

"The room was disgusting. The toilet never worked. When I told staff they handed me a plunger. I also asked for a refund to switch my accommodations but I was told I I had to go through the manager. When Expedia called the hotel several times the manager was never in. The hallways were filled with trash. There was dog poop all over the grass. It’s the single worst hotel I’ve ever been to. "
