"Staff was great! From the valet to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful! The only thing was this Graduate is a bit run down. Paint splashes on bathroom floor, towels that are a bit old. Elevators broken or scratched up. I have been to the Graduate in other cities and they were a bit more polished still. Also, my 84 year old mom had to leave her room at 1 am bc the fire alarm was going off! No fire, no one knowing what was going on."

"Great pet friendly house with a fenced in back yard and private driveway. This house made for the perfect get away for us and our 2 dogs. Our dogs are older so having just 4 steps down to the private fenced in backyard was a blessing. The backyard is well lit for night time potty breaks. We will stay here again!"

"The bungalow in Richmond was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the kitchen was well anointed with utensils, dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable! Entry instructions were perfect and communication with the owner was great. "
