"Located in a quiet neighborhood and yet centrally located this bungalow has been nicely updated facing west which allows the beautiful warm evening light to fill the main part of the house. The lovely courtyard landscaping also encourages you to come and sit out on the front porch. It was a comfort knowing the owners were responsive and friendly answering questions and attending to our needs making us feel wanted. I would recommend staying at this home away from home when visiting Seattle."

"Lizbeth’s tiny house is cozy, modern and was perfect for our stay in Seattle to wrap up a big cross country move. Very clean, cute, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. The washer a dryer are fabulous! The tiny home is equipped with many smart features. We had 2 vehicles and had no problem finding parking. "This townhome was sparkling nice, very clean, very well equipped with everything we need. Parking was very tight, but in Seattle we were happy that it is available safely behind the building. "Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again"

"We called ahead to ask about late check-in, the person who answered seemed uninterested and offered little help. We arrived and the only room that matched our booking was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, she did offer us something else, and then gave us instructions on how to get there. The parking was $35 which wasn't listed. The power went out for 3.5 hours overnight."

"We’ve stayed at various Fairmont properties before and have always had great service, so unfortunately this location fell short for us. First, the hotel itself is beautiful, and we were very happy with the room as well as the gym and pool area. However, we were disappointed with the overall service experience. It took almost 45 minutes to check into the hotel, and the lineup extended from the front desk to the elevators. I’ve never waited that long to check into a hotel before. We also dined at the lounge several times. The food and atmosphere were good, but the evening service was disappointing. We were seated at a table that was dirty and sticky, and when we pointed it out to the server, he simply dropped off a cloth for us to clean it ourselves. We also had to call the front desk from our room twice, and both times we were on hold with an automated system for over 30 minutes, which was extremely frustrating. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where guests cannot directly reach the front desk and speak with someone. Paying guests do not want to speak to a robot and then wait 30+ minutes for assistance."

"Excellent staff, and an actual restaurant for breakfast, bed was much better than usual. Used the valet parking. Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!"
