The kids had the best time in the pool and jumping on the trampoline. Very clean and spacious and the owner Sam couldn't have been nicer. "Flock Inn is the perfect get away place. Leanne is a wonderful hostess and helped us feel right at home. The property is well groomed, and the home is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need when you're away from home. It's the perfect location if you're visiting the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. I loved that Leanne has a binder that lets you know about places to eat, different stores close by and other interesting places to visit. I would highly recommend this property....

We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. "We stayed for 3 nights - house was clean and as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, we enjoyed sitting and watching birds and BBQing in the yard. Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area."

Short ride to Churchill Downs, clean house, quiet street, plenty of space to park in the driveway and speedy communication with host. "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun!
