"It is ALWAYS SO LOUD! Never relaxing and the restaurant staff is rude. Not worth it. Avoid. Not a relaxing place where you can get a decent night’s sleep."

"Rooms are absolutely filthy. If everywhere else was not sold out I would have left. This is almost as bad if not worse than the motel 6 on Cline Ave. Dirt debris hair all over floor. Property has definitely gone down hill since they changed ownership"

"First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. I understand, but it should be on their website especially the pool not opened. The room was not very clean, it needed vacuumed and the bathroom sink had a full crack inside of it. Just felt it wasn't maintained. I hope with renovations it will be better. The hotel was very loud, doors slamming and people talking in the next room. You could hear everything. We will not stay here again."

"I travel everywhere. Most disgusting g bathroom ever. This hotel was the only room left due to power outages from a tornado. The bathroom was never cleaned. A ring of scum around the tub. Long and short black hair everywhere In the tub sink and shower wall. Shampoo and conditioner hardened on shower wall. Unreal. They should have a health Inspection."

"The room was super nice and very clean. Unfortunately there was only one set of towels and wash cloths for each of us even though we were booked for 2 nights. We asked for more to be brought to the room before leaving for the day but that didn't happen and by the time we asked that night, there were no washcloths available. We had to use hand towels as wash cloths instead. Outside of the towels not making it to the room as requested, the staff in both the hotel and casino we're great! Not a fan of the all of smoking in the casino but we hadn't planned to spend much time there anyway. The outside entrance to the facility is blocked off so there's nowhere under cover of the elements to unload/load your vehicle. It wasn't an issue for us as the weather was good, but worth noting for visitors coming soon."

"The beds were very comfortable, great pillows. The room was very clean, the environment was quiet, the staff was very friendly, excellent breakfast and clean area to eat. Highly recommend staying here. We will stay here again-for sure! Right next to St. Mary's campus. Can take a walk from hotel to the campus."

"When we first checked in we had to ask for a whole new room because ours was dirty (hair in the shower, stains on bed sheets, and smelled like weed). They won’t clean your room unless you ask them too but they fail to tell you that you have to ask for them to clean your room. We asked for extra pillows bc one traveler with us was pregnant and uncomfy asked at 10:00 P.M. and they said yes we will bring them to you in about 15 minutes…. Ok cool! They came banging on our door at 12 A.M with pillows and wouldn’t leave til we answered like forget about it by then? Also don’t recommend if you need an elevator to climb stairs bc there ain’t one, and also the sauna doesn’t get as hot as it should. This was the biggest down fall of our vacation and they won’t make it right as I’ve tried to compromise and be nice with them!"
