Our shower was not pitched correctly and the water ran all over half of the bathroom floor, which was annoying. We ended up having to use extra towels to contain the water. The gift shop across the street said it was open until 5 PM, but we tried to walk in at 4:30 PM and they said they were closed. The room layout was a bit strange and the TV was in a very weird spot, where nobody could watch it as we tried to sleep. Overall, the hotel was very nice though. Just a couple of strange circumstances led to it getting a four out of five, rather than a five out of five." None of us slept really well because of that. Also, on the website, it says you have laundry services, but you charge 5000 krona to do one load of laundry. Preparing someone's laundry and having laundry services on site is two totally different things."
