"The staff at the Rex are simply wonderful. It's my first choice for Canberra accommodation and feels like a home away from home. My only real gripe is with the overpowering deodorising scent that is pumped out in the public spaces. It's an unnecessary use of chemicals (unless it's covering something?), headache producing and not great for folk who are scent sensitive. Please, please remove it or at least, dial it right back. It was coming into my room by the end of my stay."
