"Every staff member was extremely accommodating and efficient, and there were always plenty of staff to serve behind the desk or as bellman, whatever was needed. We had a poolside room, very large and comfortable and super clean. The air conditioning was apparently not functioning in our wing but since high temps were in the 60’s didn’t matter but as compensation they gave us nice grab and go breakfast boxes every day. I was trying to print a map of the zoo in the business center but when I couldn’t make it print, the desk clerk did 2 copies from her computer. The location is a half a block from Union Square so very convenient and safe area"

Parking is appreciated; handicap parking should be free;$25 per night is high perhaps a discount for those with placards. Bath tub backed up @ first use but it was promptly taken care of.
