"Although I love the room and the space. I even enjoyed the staff in the gift shop. The staff in the sports bar, ballet were not ideal. They seem bothered and borderline rude. We had children with us in a pretty big group that was enjoying themselves and they made us feel like we did not belong or that we were inconvenience. I spent a lot of money with the resort this weekend was disappointed"

"Pretty good. The buffet food breakfast was good but some items cold same thing both days. One of waffle makers wouldn’t flip employee opened it and said she’d be right back and didn’t. The next day same thing but on right instead of left side. The pool was cloudy the last step getting into pool snd hot tub are an accident waiting to happen. I have bad knees and they are way too deep. Rooms clean most staff friendly. "

"5 stars across the board for this hotel! From check in to check out we were beyond pleased. Super friendly and cheerful staff. Room very clean, dark and quiet. Breakfast delicious and well stocked. Fitness center had various equipment all in working order. Free washers and dryers were appreciated - I did 4 loads! "

"The location of the Hotel is great. The room was clean, and comfortable. If you love high pressure showers, this is the place for you. Only one issue I have is the fee for parking that was not included in the price, nor was it advertised. There is a $4 parking fee, which does not go to anything I can explain. I asked the front desk attendant if there was security that patrolled the lot at night and she said "No." I asked what the parking fee was for and her rely was, "the owner told us to start...

"Front desk was not knowledgeable about rooms and was not willing to change room due to freeway noise. No check-in info on how to use room air conditioningg/heat Room charge for food and incidentals were extra and confusing and we were billed for items twice."
