"We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. "Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder. The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed.
