Standard Wyndham breakfast: eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, fruit. Pleasant surroundings. Property was atrium-style hotel with large community area for breakfast with fountain. Liked that our room had an outside deck. Shared with two or three other rooms, but very spacious. Weather was spring/transitional, so thunderstorm and it was nice to stand on deck and watch the system move through.

Very nice and welcoming reception staff but the hotel need ne upgraded and have potential dor it. I saw it looks that some works are coming...the rooms can be more presentable making the stay can be more confortable: we didn't have towels in room and we need to the front desk to pick them up

Only negative thing I found wrong was the elevator and location. It was slow and small. The stairway needs painted and more lighting added so its not so creepy. The hotel staff and breakfast was really the highlight of the stay. They went above and beyond to help us have a great stay in Topeka. We really enjoyed the breakfast bar. The server was so nice and honestly a joy to talk to.
