Nice older hotel. It must have been a jewel in late 90's early 2000's. Elevators to north towers were out of service during my stay. I had to take old service elevator that wasn't clearly marked. My room had a king bed that was worn out. Very soft and when laying flat I would lean towards the center. I really enjoyed the main common area. Breakfast area was peaceful and attractive.

The property was great and had lots of character. The indoor courtyard was awesome. The continental breakfast held in the courtyard was wonderful. The room was clean and the water pressure was perfect. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

Easy booking Friendly helpful staff Easy access to room much appreciated as I need a cane and can't walk long distances. The room smelled so clean..we were close to the pool and enjoyed the sound of the water and kids playing in the pool.. The free breakfast was delicious, good coffee and lots of choices to choose from..we enjoyed the atmosphere and all the different areas..especially the stairs going down to lower level. This was our 2nd time staying there. We will be back if we have to be in Topeka overnight again..

It was a quiet stay. The overhang entering the hotel is an eyesore. My friend who lives there said it was in the getto part. Sure did not look like it to me. I never felt unsafe. Just like anywhere else, don't make yourself be a target

This place was nothing like the photos, This place has seen better days. The elevator was out, had to use another one, which was down a yucky hallway which had an abandoned pair of pantyhose on the floor! Night one, someone across from me was locked IN their room, so that was a loud night with banging and security. Next day, I got locked out of my room. Staff were apologetic however. Gym has only two very outdated pieces of equipment. Everything looked scrappy, unkept, and was smelly.

Isaiah was amazing and accommodating. We got there at 10pm, had a Reservation but the Hotel was at full booke. The last 2 bed room was slightly Warm. He gave us a Fan we slept like babies. The Breakfast Staff were friendly and Fast. Beautiful place. It's a but Dated,but that's what adds to its charm.

Overall it was fine. The breakfast was nice and the process worked. It's a huge property and you can tell it was great during its day. The bathroom was very dated and worn, but was functional. The elevator used was a service elevator because the main ones were nonfunctional . But great staff. I would stay there again.

Although the interior of the hotel brought me back to the 60s and 70s and 2 of the 3 elevators were down, I had a pretty good stay. The front desk staff (Jesse and Valerie) were very professional, helpful, and did an outstanding job. My room was clean, but the soft, fluffy towels and perfect shower water pressure were the definitely highlight. The breakfast staff and the breakfast were very tasty, hot and delicious. Plenty of parking and overall, I would probably stay there again. Hopefully, the elevators are fixed next time.

Being an older property there were some issues. Paint peeling, ceiling tiles in the hallway missing. General maintenance items. It did not effect the stay. Best sleep I've had in a while. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town. The room was quiet even with people there for softball and baseball tournaments and a bowling tournament.
