"Lovely property for large groups right on the water."

"Floor of the room and the vents on the air conditioner were dirty. Visible dirt was easily seen on both areas. Other than that, the facility was great."

"The hotel was very welcoming to our fur baby! It was great!"

"This hotel is adorable, and there is so much to do! My only complaint was with the cleaning crew, who seemed to have missed our room; the complimentary water bottles were missing when we arrived, and there were a few small piles of dirt in the corners. Not to mention pine needles all over the patio."

"Great stay in Iron Mountain. Exactly what we were looking for. "

"Perfect room"

"Great overall Resort. Listing was a bit of a bait and switch. Listed as having a fireplace, but the fireplace was gas and didn't work. Also had issues with electrical, Two ceiling lights were having issues. The Ski faculty were amazing, restaurant is nice, pool with Bar service window is fun. Tried to talk to resort management/host after our stay about the issue... has taken over 12 days and still waiting, to get any closure on the concerns. Was not interested in wasting family time on...

"The property had cleaning staff quit last minute on a holiday weekend resulting in an almost 5 hour delay in getting into the property. Because they were rushed, the property, specifically couches were not vacuumed and had crumbs, balloons, and half filled water bottle stuck in the cushions as well as pet hair. The air wasn’t turned on until we arrived which made the first night very uncomfortable. Says sleeps 10 but one pullout was broken and the other very uncomfortable."
