They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. Our stay was excellent. Right from check in until check out. We booked parking which was easy to find and easy to get your cases into the hotel. The room was a bit dated but it was immaculately clean, was a lovely size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bar area was good and all the staff friendly. They had a happy hour between 5 and 6.30 where wine, beer and spirits were €8each. Ideal after a hard day exploring the lovely town of Launceston. We didn't eat at the hotel so...

After a week touring NW Tasmania this was an obvious choice for a laundry stop.The only snag was the lack of washing machine instructions but plenty of liquid. The apartment was on two floors - bedroom & bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dining table and lounge with TV. An outdoor patio area with chairs. The parking space was ample with a lift to the rooms from the car park. Well let cated in downtown Launceston.
