"The staff was amazing, always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are on the small side but overall didn't lack for comfort. We opted to not rent a car to avoid the $40 parking fees per night, this fee felt excessive but most hotels in the area charge. The free breakfast and dinner/drinks were very much appreciated. Overall loved our stay"

"I would not stay here again. Waited nearly an hour after checkin to have our room available. Our room was still dirty with a pair of used socks left by the bed, hair in the shower as well as used pimple patches on the wall. We attempted to order room service the last night we were there and could never get ahold of anyone. I ended up calling the hotel restaurant directly and ordered my food for pickup. Terrible terrible customer service. We were given a $100 food credit but that didn’t even cover the $55 per day for parking."

"Very disappointed with our stay. During the last two days, there was no hot water, so we were unable to take showers or even properly bathe. We repeatedly called the front desk and never answered, so annoying. It became extremely frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, the rooms smelled terrible the entire stay. The only halfway decent part of the experience was the free breakfast in the morning. For the amount paid, this experience was unacceptable, and I truly feel some type of resolution or compensation should be offered"

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The property is clearly poorly maintained — the rooms are falling apart, the bathroom tubs are peeling, the AC vents had visible mold, the carpets were dirty, and the entire room had an awful smell. The pool area was chaotic, dirty, and far from relaxing. On top of that, the hotel staff was consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to assist guests with even basic concerns. The overall attitude from employees made the experience even worse. Valet parking was another nightmare. We waited approximately 45 minutes every time we needed our car, yet were still charged an outrageous $60 per day for the service. Overall, this was a horrible experience and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else."
