The people at reception were amazing. Everyone was so efficient and very kind to us. One item we found not good was that in most hotels in the USA, plastic cutlery, styrofoam plates etc.are used. Why not use a commercial dishwasher appliance to be eco-friendly. Certainly, it would be better in the long run.

I don’t often leave a review, but this is an excellent hotel and for the money you will be hard pushed to find better

Quiet in the week - busy at the weekend ! This was a really relaxing stay . Pool and gym well appointed , bar friendly and flexible. Didn’t eat in restaurants have breakfast so can’t comment

Really nice hotel, exceeded my expectations and very close to Cedar Point. Make sure if going to the park to ask for an early entry ticket as the guy on the desk didn’t mention this until I asked if it was available

Lovingly restored with lots of Victorian touches. Excellent breakfast, and snacks to take away. Very good value. The owner was on away, but his sister was friendly and helpful. However, the quality of the rooms varies, and some work to the property is needed. Avoid the Elizabeth room until the ceiling and door are repaired.

Clean, good facilities, very friendly staff and tasty breakfast

Nice and clean room, friendly staff, good location o travel in Cleveland.

Brilliant location, easy check in, clean room, helpful front desk staff

The only negative is the excess noise from the AC unit. So one has to turn on AC an hour before retiring then switch it off. Or wear ear defenders!

The location was very central and easy to find. The resident computer was good and very useful. The breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful.
