"We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R!"

"Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area....

"We enjoyed a nice week in this unit in May. The biggest pro is the pool! It is very large, well maintained, with many comfortable loungers, and just steps from the condo. Clean restrooms located in pool area. It isn’t ocean view but just a few minutes walk to the beach. It is a huge, clean beach with code seeded to enter property. (Which we appreciated for safety purposes) The unit is rather dated and basic, and the master bed is extremely firm, but it was fine for us. I noticed a new dishwasher...

"Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it."

"The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property."

"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."
