This 2 story townhouse is the perfect landing pad for exploring the White Mountains, whether it be skiing, hiking, biking or visiting the many family attractions in the area. The kids will love the bunk beds and indoor pool. The adults will enjoy the fireplace, hot tub and central location. There is a shuttle to Loon on select weekends \*\*Due to area staff shortages, the rec center hours may vary without notice.\*\* Deer Park Resort offers some of the best amenities in the Lincoln/Woodstock area. This 2 story townhouse is the perfect landing pad for exploring the White Mountains, whether it be skiing, hiking, biking or visiting the many family attractions in the area. The kids will love the bunk beds and indoor pool. The adults will enjoy the fireplace, hot tub and central location. The space Deer Park Resort is centrally located between downtown North Woodstock and Lincoln. This townhouse offers the perfect amount of space and comfort for an ideal family vacation in the White Mountains. Townhouse amenities include: Wood burning fireplace (please bring your own wood) Loon shuttle in winter with pick up right outside the unit 2.5 bathrooms Open concept living/dining and kitchen Tv's in each bedroom Deer Park On-site amenities include: Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna Pool Table, Air Hockey, Ping Pong and Video Arcade Lake with sandy beach for swimming in the summer Ice Skating in the Winter 4 Tennis Courts, Basketball and Playground Gas and Charcoal Grill near lake Cardio and weight Room Racquetball and Wally-ball \-Please bring your own firewood :) \-The home does not have central AC. There is a portable unit in the master bedroom. \-While pets are not allowed during rentals, the homeowner does have a dog. Keep that in consideration if you have allergies. \-This home may not ideal for more than 6 adults due to the arrangement of sleeping space. \-Although there is a futon couch that can sleep 2 people in the living room, linens are not provided for that sleeping space. If you choose to use that location, you can pull the linens from a bunk bed or bring your own. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.” RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 8 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out. PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home. SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the cabin. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests. FIREPLACE: Guests are advised to use the fireplace with care. DO NOT overload/overheat the fireplace. DO NOT use the fireplace if you do not know how to use it.
