This comfortable two-bedroom Beach Point cottage is part of Colonial Village on Cape Cod Bay. Enjoy wonderful water views from the cottage and exclusive-use deck overlooking the beach. Sleeps five.

Enter an open and bright main living space with living room, dining area and kitchen. This spacious area has vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and and two sliders to the deck. Enjoy wonderful views of the beach and bay from the main living area. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa (for additional sleep space), a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. The nicely-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a dishwasher and an island. The dining area, next to the kitchen, has a dining table.
This single-story, free-standing beach cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV and window unit air conditioner. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a window unit air conditioner. The cottage's two bathrooms are off the main hall--one bathroom has a combination tub/shower and the other has a shower.
All living space, bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor. Loft is not accessible (not for tenant use).
Air-conditioning in the bedrooms only. Convenient in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy the exclusive-use deck overlooking the bay. Cook out on the gas grill, dine or relax on the deck.
The beach is less than 400 feet away down a path from the property. Spend the day at the beach lounging, swimming, kayaking or beachcombing and wash off the sand and salt in the enclosed outdoor shower with light.
The property is conveniently located on the shuttle route into Provincetown. Leave you car in the parking lot and head into Provincetown for a day and/or evening of fun at the town's many restaurants, galleries, shops, night clubs and museums. All the best of Truro is only a short drive away including golf, restaurants, tours of Highland Lighthouse and wine tasting at Truro Vineyards. Short drive to National Seashore beaches, biking and hiking trails and sites.

Clean and well maintained. Great appliances and well stocked kitchen gadgets, knives, cutting boards, new grill, quality bedding. Right on the beach with thoughtful updates.
We loved the property. Kitchen was the fully equipped. Weber grill was awesome. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Outdoor shower had hot water which was a nice touch. The property was very clean. We were the closest cottage to the beach. There was a huge sandy area in the back for the kids to play. The bay is right there. We love Truro. Usually go to Ballston beach on the ocean side which is only a short drive a way. You’re also right down the street from p town about a 10 minute drive. We are hoping to rent the property again next year if available.
Great spot with clean and updated bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Plenty of cookware. Beautiful deck with great table/chairs, grill, loungers and an amazing view with access to the beach. Close to Provincetown, Race Point, and Herring Cove beaches. Would definitely stay here again. The only improvement would be enough comfortable living room seating for all guests.
We were very pleased with this beach house. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Ocean views and great access to the beach without ever having to get in your car. The kitchen was well equipped. Their is AC in the bedrooms only but it worked very well. Quick access to the restaurants and shops of Provincetown and Wellfleet. We would not hesitate to book this property again.
