Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working."

"Loved the cottage, its contents, outdoor shower & deck space. Cleaners were there when we arrived 1/2 hour after the designationed checkin time. The owner arranged for a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were not able to use the pool due to maintenance & the beach near the cottage was a good distance to walk with cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc. We ended up driving to other beaches, which was fine. "A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price."

"Just what you'd imagine for a cottage on the cape. Small, cozy, rustic, comfortable and quiet. Rated it down from 4stars to 3stars because they don't provide linens and towels. At this price point that should be standard. It's tough for a family of 6 road-tripping and packed to the gills to not have towels and linens."

"No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time."

"My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....
