This bright and airy renovated cottage has a deck which wraps around three sides of the cottage and affords privacy. Have your morning coffee on the deck, spend the day on the association private beach, and then relax on the outdoor furniture before preparing dinner at home in the well-appointed kitchen or heading into town to enjoy all Provincetown has to offer. 1000’ private beach exclusively for owners and guests of Sutton Place!

A great, cozy place near all that P-Town has to offer.

I was traveling alone, but this place hit all the right notes for a solo trip and it’s on my radar for a future romantic getaway. My host, Lisa, communicated quickly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this tasteful, oasis.

Cute little cottage

We loved our stay in this cute little cottage. It’s small but that’s actually part of its charm. It has everything you need to stay in this wonderful part of the world The sunsets are absolutely to die for; so beautiful they look fake on any photo you take Highly recommended and was super sad to leave Ps the shower was really good and great kitchen facilities

Perfect little beach cottage

We spent Halloween weekend at this lovely little cottage. The space was perfect for the two of us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We loved being right at the beach. North Truro Cottage

Smooth check-in, swift and responsive communications throughout the entire stay. Comfy couch and bed. As stated in the listing, we crossed the road and accessed the beach through two cabins in the same complex. Most evenings, we had the beautiful beach to ourselves!

The Cape Dream stay

We absolutely loved our stay , even on the rainy days we had uncounted we nice cozied up on the couch . It was bright and refreshing. Lisa was amazing to work with was so helpful with our very every need .

Wonderful cottage!

Such a clean, cozy and comfortable cottage! A few steps to a private beach and a short drive (or walk- if you’re adventurous) to ptown. Hope to come back soon!

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was very relaxing, right across the street from the beach. Less than 10 minute drive down the road to P town. We also walked into P town one day which was really nice. Views of the water and cute beach houses the whole way. We will be back.

Great long weekend getaway

My wife and I absolutely loved the cottage. The location was perfect and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. Great communication made the whole process even easier. We loved the use of the space and all the amenities offered on premises. Would happily come back at the next opportunity!

Absolutely Perfect!

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was absolutely perfect and it felt like home to us. While the cottage may be small, it did not feel that way. There was more than enough storage space for all of our things and we loved how it was decorated. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions we had and was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return someday soon.

Small, cozy cottage near the sea

Lisa was east to communicate with and resolved small issues quickly. Just a few minutes’ drive from Provincetown. My only feedback would be to add a heat source; my stay in the evenings was pretty chilly, which I didn’t mind but others might! Just a heads-up to travelers and not any reflection on the cottage or stay: there is a street that runs quite close to the cabin and it can be loud a (too) fast moving. Would stay again!

Great stay for family of 3

My husband and I and our 7 year old stayed for 5 nights. I knew the location so no surprises there- right on 6A across from a private bay side beach. Water was warm and perfect for floats. Neighbors were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The place is very cute. Not a lot of storage, which was anticipated. I was able to cook most nights and the cottage had all I needed to do that. We used the grill a bunch. Short drive to Provincetown and beaches. Highly recommended!
