"It’s quite unbelievable that we were sent a review when our reservation was cancelled on our check in date. After driving 3 days to destination we received a call that our reservation was being cancelled & no other accommodations were available. We received a refund but still had to pay an additional $400 in hotel costs while we looked for an alternative accommodations for a month.
