"Loved this hotel. I will for sure stay here when in SA. The staff is amazingly helpful and kind. Free breakfast and happy hour with good food and drinks. It saved us money from spending on dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Easy check in. Room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable. Had a small fridge and a microwave in the room so that was a plus. Good breakfast, good amenities on site like laundry, pool, exercise equipment. Best part was how close I was to the airport. Highly recommended."

"We have been staying at this location for the past four years when it was a Drury Inn and had been very happy while my daughter was in college. The management always looked and dressed professional. The lobby was clean and cool the happy hour, and the breakfast was really nice now that the Wyndham is taken over. I stayed there two weeks ago and then graduation weekend this weekend in the air-conditioning in the lobby was still out no happy hour. They were just now putting up signs for the hotel and the breakfast was abysmal. You can do much better should’ve stayed the Drury Inn. "

"Started out great the staff was awesome and welcoming when we arrived. Upon arrival in our room we soon discovered our refrigerator smelled like rotten food and our air conditioner wouldn't get very cold at all. Then we tried to stream some Netflix and the TV didn't even have streaming capabilities so we had to go buy a Roku. When we tried to lay down around 10:00 p.m. the people above us were extremely rowdy and loud so I called the front desk and was informed they would call the room and have them calm down. It didn't do much good it wasn't near constant it was just periodically until about 5:00 in the morning when it became very constant again so I call the front desk one more time only for her to tell me she would wait and let a manager know when they showed up at 8:00 I believe she said. So I asked her if I was supposed to deal with that until then and her answer was she would call them again. Needless to say we didn't get any sleep nor will we offered any comp or even an apology. The swimming pool is indoor and is extremely small and humid as well as extremely chlorinated. Aside from the welcome staff it was a horrible experience definitely would not recommend nor will I be staying again at Hampton Inn & Suites."

"Nasty disgusting place cockroaches everywhere, handicap put us on the third floor, but yet the elevator didn't work for three hours. They didn't offer to even get my much-needed diabetic medicine or heart pills. They wouldn't let us reach out in contact a manager that evening. I just didn't care. Then Jesus who does not speak very good English, the site manager in short, threw us out a day early and try to make excuses even to the point of calling the police to remove me, though I did not go inside the office and though I'm retired law-enforcement Just a very unprofessional experience on their part to include large foot and a half round circles of grime in the carpet filthy dirty on top of the refrigerator in the refrigerator stunk it was just a horrible experience. I would go anywhere but here Motel 6 is a much nicer state than this."
