Cute 2-bedroom Villa on beautiful golf course in laid-back North Port, Florida. Just a short distance to several beaches - Englewood beach, Manasota beach, Nokomis beach, and more! Located on a champion 27-hole golf course with large pool, tennis courts, and fitness center.  
The space  
Meticulously maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa. Enjoy easy living and optimal comfort in this thoughtfully arranged split-plan home. The Master suite features a king-size bed, double windows, a walk-in closet, Smart TV and double vanities. An open concept kitchen features abundant cabinetry and workspace, dual pantry closets, a delightful dinette, and a breakfast bar further elevate this culinary haven. The guest bedroom suite with a queen bed offers an ensuite full bath, and a generous closet. The charming Great Room has high sliders opening to a screened lanai. Natural light bathes the space with ample windows, giving the space an inviting and airy ambiance. Pull-out couch provides extra sleeping room. Cable and high speed internet is included as well as a specious 2-car garage. Within this exquisite gated community, a wealth of exceptional amenities await with a 27 hole Championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine next to the resort-style pool and spa along with a beautiful fitness center. Desirably situated, the location affords seamless access to I-75 and US 41\. Nearby, several white-sand beaches, the Cocoa Plum Shopping District, Myakkahatchee Creek trails, Blue Ridge Park, The Braves Stadium, and the SMH medical center beckon. Furry friends are welcome with a max of 1 dog, and require a $200 non-refundable pet fee after reservation is confirmed.
