Close enough to Bethel and Sunday River Golf Club for exploring and golf, but far enough away for privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a multi-family or buddies trip. "

"The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street. For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down."

"Our recent stay at this home was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! The house is perfect and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and "skeech" game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!"

"House has beautiful views , plenty of beds and everything you need from glasses to pots, pans, etc. all the little touches like digital lights, fans and fireplace make it a great property. At dusk a fifteen minute tide up 17 almost guarantees moose sightings. Kids had a blast in the game room. Master bedroom with couch , loveseat and tv is the perfect parent escape at night .
