Lots of issues, TVs didn't work, hot water was scarce, kitchen wasn't very well stocked, dryer didn't work. Overall not a great stay.

The stove fan filter light was blinking and needed servicing, the Keurig was broken, the A/C won't go below 67 degrees by design so I didn't sleep well, the shower was barely warm enough despite being turned all the way up, both the bedroom and den lights/fans turned on and off by themselves (including in the middle of the night) and I found a towel that had clearly been used (as it was still damp) that was haphazardly folded and thrown back into the bathroom linen closet. Also, both clocks in the kitchen were off by three hours (splitting hairs but shows a lack of attention to detail), the curtains in the living room were too narrow for the sliding glass doors (which had to be lifted in order to close) and the shade in the bedroom let plenty of light in from the side so the room remained too bright. The manager came to my room after I replied with the above to a "checking in" text I received and genuinely sought to help. However, I learned that many rooms had the same electrical issue, which means they're knowingly renting rooms with electrical shorts. Also, a new Keurig was placed in my room while I was out, which would have been great, except it meant that they violated the Do Not Disturb sign I had hanging on the door. Getting a car was also a giant pain as you have to walk to the side of the hotel or through the garage. Windows do not block out any noise. The staff was super nice and helpful but the hotel is poorly designed and run. I would not stay there again.
