Amazing place

Lovely hotel with great pool and access to the beach!

Overall positive experience

Apart from the very uncomfortable pillows and broken kitchen tap everything else was very good

Excellent cant fault it

The apartments were great, the pool areas could do with a little updating. The queue for the gift shop and Starbucks coffee was 20/25 minutes every time which is not acceptable in a Hilton establishment. There was only ever one member of staff to Man both areas.

The hotel was nice and staff friendly. Great location. Not to far from anything. Beach was great. Pools were nice. Only complaints are, Tiki Bar drinks are pricy and don't contain a lot of alcohol in them for what you pay. Maids come early and say they will come back if you are still there. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. When they do they don't always resupply your towels. There were a few nights where I couldn't be in the hot tubs because of the amount of chlorine they put in...

Our room was large,it had a balcony and a sea view. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was modern, with a great shower.

Just an amazing hotel! So much better than the Hilton Resort I stayed at in Orlando earlier in the year. Amazing staff, from reception to bar to pool, a great bar that stayed open till 11pm too. Wonderful beach & sea views and access. Lovely room, beautiful gardens and pool, coffee shop/ amenities, literally everything is fantastic here and the location was great for me too. Only sad to have to pay for parking when way out of town, but that’s advised when booking so I can’t moan!

Resort within its own complex. Supermarket reasonably local to supply food
